No Refunds Policy

All payments made to HOKONAME are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our domain leasing service, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. When you make a payment, we immediately register or renew the domain with our registrar partners. This process cannot be reversed, and the associated costs cannot be recovered.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

• Immediate Registration: Domains are registered within minutes of payment confirmation. Once registered, the registration fee is non-recoverable.
• Registrar Policies: Our domain registrar partners do not offer refunds for completed registrations or renewals.
• Resource Allocation: Upon registration, we allocate DNS resources and administrative support for your domain.
• Domain Exclusivity: Once leased to you, the domain is exclusively yours and unavailable to others during your subscription period.

What This Policy Covers

This no-refunds policy applies to all payments, including but not limited to:

• Monthly subscription payments
• Annual subscription payments
• Domain push transfer fees
• Domain renewal fees
• Domain restore fees (blackout period recovery)
• Any additional fees or charges

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your domain will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
• After your subscription ends, your domain will enter the grace period

Failed Payments

If a payment fails and no domain registration or renewal occurs, no charge will be applied to your account. Failed payments do not require refunds as no funds are collected.

Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors.

Note: Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated domains.

Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any payments made.

Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase on HOKONAME, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
