  • Botnets or distributed attack infrastructure
  • Exploitation kits or hacking tools for malicious purposes
  • Unauthorized access to computer systems
  • DDoS attacks or participation in attack networks

2.4 Spam and Abuse

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • SMS spam or automated calling systems
  • Scraping or harvesting email addresses
  • Creating fake accounts or sock puppets
  • Manipulation of social media or online platforms

2.5 Harmful Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Content promoting violence or terrorism
  • Hate speech targeting protected groups
  • Incitement to violence or self-harm
  • Doxxing or harassment campaigns

2.6 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Trademark infringement or brand impersonation
  • Counterfeit goods or services
  • Patent infringement

2.7 Network Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass security measures
  • Port scanning or network reconnaissance against third parties
  • DNS hijacking or cache poisoning
  • BGP hijacking
  • Any activity that disrupts network services

3. Resource Usage

While HOKONAME does not host your content (you manage your own DNS and hosting), you may not use our services in a way that:

  • Causes excessive load on our infrastructure
  • Interferes with other users' access to our services
  • Attempts to exploit or attack our systems

4. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of leased domains complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Export control regulations
  • Industry-specific regulations

  • Termination: Permanent termination of your account and all associated domains

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
